About the Role
FHM (National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management) is seeking a highly capable HR Supervisor to lead and enhance HR operations within a dynamic training environment. This role is critical in aligning HR practices with organizational goals, supporting national workforce development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR planning activities aligned with organizational growth, Saudization (Nitaqat), and training sector requirements
- Review, develop, and continuously update HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labor Law and industry best practices
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls across the organization
- Manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes
- Monitor compliance with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other relevant government platforms
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Provide HR guidance to management and staff, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement HR best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations
- Proven experience in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Experience working with government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, HRDF)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in the training or education sector is an advantage
