Sharfi Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in our Jensen Beach office. This role will support multiple business entities under the Sharfi Holdings umbrella and will play a critical role in driving high level recruitment efforts, with a preferred background in technical and computer engineering roles.
The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage full cycle recruitment and HR operations across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions including executive, leadership, and technical roles
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals across multiple entities
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using advanced recruiting methods including LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and industry specific pipelines
- Manage employee relations matters including performance management, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all operating entities
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Support compensation planning, job descriptions, organizational structure, and workforce planning initiatives
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and leadership teams to ensure accurate employee classification and seamless HR operations
- Play a strategic role in scaling HR processes and talent acquisition frameworks as the organization grows
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple business units
- All other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications: Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred experience recruiting for technical and computer engineering roles
- Demonstrated experience managing HR and recruitment functions for multiple entities simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt plans in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive leadership
- Proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects independently
- Strong business judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Results driven, proactive, and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems HRIS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Bilingual English Spanish a plus
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
