The Role

The Talent Specialist is the matchmaker between our mission and the people who will help us achieve it. This role partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sources and screens candidates, and ensures every applicant has a professional, values-driven experience. What You’ll Do

• Develop and post engaging job ads that attract top talent.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies.

• Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Support onboarding and other HR projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with ATS (PAYCOM) systems and sourcing tools preferred.
