We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes for Best Pro Bookkeeping & Tax. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, records management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

* Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and company website
- Collect, screen, and shortlist CVs based on job requirements
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
- Maintain and update the CV tracker and recruitment pipeline in Excel/Google Sheets
- Communicate with candidates and share timely feedback
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding: offer letters, contract issuance, document collection
- Create and maintain employee personal files, both digital and physical
- Ensure all joining formalities and background verification are completed
3. HR Operations & Records Management
- Maintain and update employee database, attendance, and leave records
- Draft and issue employment contracts, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR documents
- Process full & final settlements for exiting employees
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll inputs, and benefits
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR records comply with company policy and labor law requirements
- Generate monthly HR reports: recruitment status, attrition, leave summary
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining SOPs
* Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR/Recruitment, preferably in a service or outsourcing firm
- Skills: Strong communication, MS Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn sourcing, documentation skills
- Traits: High confidentiality, organization, ability to handle multiple priorities
