The Center for Prevention of Abuse (CFPA) is seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team full-time as the Human Trafficking Training Specialist at our main campus in Peoria. Our mission at CFPA is to help all people live free from violence and abuse, and the Human Trafficking Training Specialist plays an important role in fulfilling that mission.
The Human Trafficking Training Specialist is responsible for coordinating and facilitating statewide human trafficking trainings to increase awareness, identification, appropriate intervention, and prevention of human trafficking.

A pioneer in providing services to victims of violence, CFPA has grown from a single rape crisis hotline that started in 1975 to a highly respected statewide leader in working to end abuse and break the cycle of generational violence. CFPA is the only agency in the entire state sanctioned to provide its combined services of Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse/Assault, Human Trafficking, Adult Protective Services, and Prevention Education under one roof. CFPA operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and all victim services are free and confidential.
CFPA is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including transgender status, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, or on an individual with a disability or class of individuals with disabilities in its policies or procedures
