Hurghada- Egypt - 5 Star RESORTS COMPLEX-LUXURY RED SEA LIVEBOARD

GENERAL MANAGER- MARINE, KITE, BEACHES, WATER SPORTS COMPLEX

The General Manager (GM) of the complex will lead the full spectrum of operations, finance, HR, sales & marketing, guest experience, compliance, ESG, and long-term growth strategy for the Group’s new luxury Red Sea liveaboard. The GM will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, brand positioning, and service delivery, while building a strong, sustainable, and regionally connected luxury brand.

This is a senior role for a professional with following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or Maritime Management (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years senior leadership in luxury hospitality, liveaboards, cruises, or resorts.
• Proven management of diving and kitesurfing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the Red Sea market and strong regional network.
• Strong financial management and P&L accountability background.
• Languages: Arabic (must), English (must); German, French, Italian, Spanish (advantage)

Mandatory requirements

• Solid understanding of vessel hardware, equipment, and onboard systems (engines, compressors, desalination, diving & kiting gear, safety systems).
• Ability to diagnose and follow up on hardware issues in coordination with captains, engineers, and maintenance teams.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical staff, suppliers, and service providers.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational detail with executive-level reporting.
