Master the Flow. Lead the Field.
Join the Elite at Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning
At Alliance, we know that a system is only as good as the air distribution behind it. We aren't looking for "duct-hangers"; we are looking for Air Installation Technicians who treat airflow like a science and ductwork like a craft. If you believe that "Level, Plumb, and Clean" should be matched by "Sealed, Sized, and Optimized," you belong in our hive.
THE ALLIANCE ADVANTAGE: WHY YOU’RE HERE
- The "We Build You" Shop: We don't believe in "sink or swim." We are a mentorship-focused culture where our Lead Technicians are coaches, responsible for moving the next generation from the passenger seat to the driver’s seat.
- The Power of the Hive: What is good for the hive is good for the bee. We work safely and collaboratively across all departments, always keeping the company’s best interest and reputation front of mind.
- Precision over Shortcuts: We empower you to do the job right. You’ll have the authority to measure, lay out, and execute duct systems in the field that maximize efficiency and comfort.
THE STANDARD: WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for technicians who carry themselves with the quiet confidence of a master and the professional presence of an Alliance leader.
- The Credentials: A valid CT Sheet Metal (SM) License and a clean driving record.
- The Safety Mindset: Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- The Technical Edge: Advanced knowledge of air distribution principles, blueprint reading, and the ability to interpret load calculation results.
- The Tools: A full set of professional hand tools for high-level ductwork installation.
YOUR IMPACT
- Signature Installation: You will execute the layout and installation of all ductwork and indoor units, ensuring every system meets the "Alliance Way" signature of excellence.
- Efficiency Expert: You will verify and apply airflow and duct-sealing best practices at all times to ensure maximum system performance.
- Field Mentor: You will train and instruct apprentices—specifically on duct sizing and sealing compliance—to elevate the overall skill of the team.
