Job Summary:

MHD Home Comfort, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, as well as performing duties related to crawlspace encapsulation services, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork, as well as assist in crawlspace remediation and encapsulations.
• Diagnose system issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve system efficiency and lifespan
• Communicate clearly with customers about service findings and recommendations
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety guidelines, and local codes
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Represent MHD Home Comfort, LLC professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• HVAC certification or technical training preferred
• EPA Certification required
• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred (entry-level candidates with training encouraged to apply)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
