HVAC and Electrical system installer and helper

Job Overview
We are looking for two people to join our team. Experience is not necessary we are willing to train, but some construction experience would be a benefit. We need one to lead an install crew and one as an assistant. Pay will be based on the amount of experience you have.

Duties

• Install new electric services and heat pump systems in the manufactured housing industry.
• One of our employees must be able to handle a truck with a trailer.
• Must be physically able to move heating systems and push larger wires.
• Run conduit, push wire, tie in electrical wires, run refrigerant lines and connect.

Experience

• Even though experience in not necessary some experience would aid in the training process.
• We need someone who is above all else dependable and able to pass a background and drug test.
• Willing to learn and try new things is a must.

You would be working for a company that has been in business for 55 years and with a team with more than 100 years experience in the field.

There will be a six months training and probation period at which point you will be offered either a raise or insurance. We also give a yearly raise as well as a yearly bonus.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
