Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify their HVAC and plumbing needs.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and technical sales consultations to educate customers on solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for territory management, ensuring consistent coverage and growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, ongoing account management, and upselling complementary services or products.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure service quality, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional business or referrals.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales within the HVAC, plumbing, or related technical fields.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management or business development roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales approaches.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence—able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is a plus but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
