Job Description

We are looking for a very detail-oriented HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our growing Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing business. The duties for this position will continue to expand as our business grows.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer calls, manage emails, and manage text messages for our HVAC and Plumbing departments.

· Dispatch Service Technicians and Plumbers using Housecall Pro.

· Contacting customers to schedule installations, inspections, and maintenance appointments.

· Submit permit applications for installations to multiple counties.

· Assist with Customer Satisfaction Quality Check Phone Calls

· Assist with Marketing Efforts and Customer Retention Projects

Requirements

· Must have customer service phone experience and good conversational skills.

· Must be able to multitask and complete work with a high level of detail and accuracy.

· Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Must be able to maintain and grow customer confidence with each interaction.

· Must be able to use either Google Workspace or MS Office Applications.

· Prior experience at an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical company is a plus.

· Prior experience with QuickBooks Online Advanced and Housecall Pro is a plus.

· In-Office position in Garner, NC M-F 8:30-5
