HVAC and Plumbing Sales Rep - Closer

YOUR ROLE

As an HVAC and Plumbing Sales Rep - Closer, you will take inbound calls from potential customers and turn them into scheduled appointments or closed sales. You will also follow up on outbound leads, online estimates, and unsold proposals, working to re-engage prospects with confidence and professionalism. You'll educate customers on the benefits, services, and pricing of our HVAC and plumbing solutions, recommend the best options, and confidently close the sale. You'll log all customer interactions and activity using CRM tools like ServiceTitan, ensuring smooth communication with our dispatch and technician teams. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell maintenance memberships or extended services when appropriate.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING SALES REP - CLOSER

This is a full-time, in-office position. Shifts will vary but will fall within our business hours. Our standard hours include 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional availability may be required for evening, night, weekend, on-call, or overtime shifts depending on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year(s) of experience in phone sales or service-based sales (HVAC or plumbing preferred)

Preferred:

• Strong closing skills and a confident phone presence
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scripts, and follow-up tools
• High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
• Bilingual skills
