WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

When you join our team as an HVAC and Refrigeration Service Tech, you roll out at 7 am in a take-home van, equipped with the major tools provided and your company phone. You start with planned preventative maintenance, fine-tuning systems so customers experience reliable comfort and efficiency. Next, you might support a kitchen refrigeration call to stabilize temperatures, protect inventory, and keep operations moving. Later, a troubleshooting ticket calls for your diagnostic instincts; you trace the root cause, explain it clearly, and complete the repair with pride. You close your day knowing you solved real problems for real people-and that tomorrow, there's another opportunity to build your expertise with mentors, continuing education, and growth opportunities backing you up.

• Prior HVAC experience
• Capability to perform HVAC preventative maintenance, kitchen refrigeration, and HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
• Journeyman or Licensed HVAC professional (preferred)
