$25 – $40 per hour + PTO + 401(k)

At Crosswind Mechanical, we specialize in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems — from rooftop units and make-up air systems to walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• RTUs, split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems
• Walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Handle refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, and repairs (LCR)
• Install and start-up new equipment when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both HVAC and refrigeration
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in mechanical spaces
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with controls or building automation
• Ice machines/refrigeration specialization
• Start-up and commissioning experience
