HVAC Application Engineer

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC equipment selection, design, and customer support. This role involves technical documentation, coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise AC heat load calculations.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment (DX, DFS, Package Units, VRF, FAHU, CHW, etc.).
• Develop HVAC design shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the sales team with technical clarifications and documentation.
• Optimize inventory usage and apply value engineering principles to enhance profitability.
• Develop and update design standards, product catalogues, IOM manuals, and technical data sheets.
• Manage item specifications, coding, and internal technical protocols.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices using ERP software or company documentation guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for technical approvals (e.g., power factor letters).
• Maintain a systematic client database for future reference.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years with an HVAC equipment manufacturer, distributor, dealer, or supplier (required).
• Proficient in AutoCAD for HVAC design.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
