HVAC Apprentice

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the trade and develop hands-on skills in residential HVAC systems.

**Your responsibilities will include**

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking electrical components, and inspecting systems
• Help diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
• Assist in repairing and replacing defective parts and components
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper function and performance
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

**We are searching for someone who**

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Is dependable, punctual, and coachable
• Has strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and professionalism
• Takes pride in their work and appearance
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

HVAC or mechanical experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter more.
