Compensation: $22-$30 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
Assist lead HVAC installer with daily tasks, including loading equipment and preparing for scheduled jobs
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory
Help complete invoices, timecards, and required documentation
Actively participate in HVAC training, morning meetings, continued education, and company events
Support installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
