What You'll Do as a Plumbing Service Supervisor:

• Assist with HVAC system installations, replacements, service, and maintenance.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to continue developing troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Install equipment, ductwork, piping, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
• Help maintain organized job sites, tools, materials, and company vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Learn company processes, installation standards, and best practices.
• Participate in training and continue building technical knowledge and confidence in the field.

Our Ideal HVAC Apprentice / Installer

• Has 2-5 years of HVAC experience, schooling, or field training.
• Motivated to continue learning and growing in the HVAC trade.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and reliability.
• Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools and technology.
• Team-oriented, teachable, and willing to take direction.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in physically active environments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience, schooling, or related field experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in physically active environments

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
