HVAC Install Apprentice – Fast Track to Lead Installer!!!

Most apprentice jobs keep you stuck carrying tools for years.

That is NOT what we are looking for at Home Care Heating & Air.

We are hiring motivated people we can quickly develop into Lead Installers and future leaders within the company.

You do not need HVAC experience. In fact, we often prefer little or no experience so we can train you the right way from day one.

You’ll work alongside experienced HVAC installers on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and full system installations throughout the Twin Cities area.

This is not a “helper forever” position.

We are actively looking for future Lead Installers and promote from within whenever possible.
