About the Role

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced service or installation technicians learning how to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. You’ll receive hands-on field training, technical education, and real opportunities to grow into a long-term technician role.

• Pay:$18–$22/hour
• 40 hours PTO

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist lead technicians on residential HVAC service and installation jobs
• Learn basic electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain clean, organized trucks and job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Complete training modules, certifications, and hands-on learning assignments
• Use company software systems and job documentation tools

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Comfortable using ladders, tools, and working in attics/crawl spaces
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to training, growth, and professionalism

No HVAC experience required — we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
