HVAC Apprentice Installer

Come start your career now and apply with us! HVAC Apprentice Installer in a Nutshell - The Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customer’s homes. This includes equipment such as: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and other related components.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install HVAC equipment into residential customer homes
• Troubleshoot equipment installation, start-up, operation and other issues
• Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings
• Ensure functionality of thermostats to control HVAC system is operational
• Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into company vehicle
• Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure
• Ensure that company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
• Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Desire to learn the HVAC trade and become a journeyman
• Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Comfortable working from ladders that are 28’ and possibly higher
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record

Work Schedule
Full-time
Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Possible weekend overtime, must be flexible to customer needs and length of job
