HVAC Apprentice/Helper

Dragonfly Mechanical is seeking a go getter who wants to learn the HVAC and plumbing trade. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting, is willing to take direction, and is committed to providing quality customer service. Job Duties include:

-Good work ethic, respectful and a team player.

-Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times

- Complete paperwork timely and efficiently

-Have fun!

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License in conjunction with respectable driving record

- Able to pass a drug and background screening

- knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used to install HVAC equipment

- Provide own basic hand tools

- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers

- Self-starter who will be comfortable taking direction, instruction, and training provided by the HVAC Service Manager

- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with a high volume of workload and meet deadlines

- Excel at working autonomously and juggling multiple priorities

- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance

Compensation:

- Compensation varies based on experience and performance.

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour
