HVAC Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Support

• Assist HVAC technicians during installation of air conditioners, ventilation systems, ducting, and related equipment.
• Help in shifting, fitting, and assembling HVAC components and tools.
• Support in testing newly installed systems.

Maintenance & Repair

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Clean filters, ducts, grills, cooling coils, and condensers regularly.
• Help identify minor faults and report major technical issues to supervisors.
• Support repair activities under technician guidance.

Monitoring & Inspection

• Monitor HVAC equipment performance and report abnormalities.
• Check temperature, airflow, pressure gauges, and system functioning.
• Ensure all HVAC units are operating safely and efficiently.

Tools & Equipment Handling

• Maintain HVAC tools and equipment in proper condition.
• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of maintenance tools.
• Assist in inventory checking of spare parts and materials.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance SOPs and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in maintaining maintenance records and service logs.
• Report daily work progress to supervisor.
• Inform supervisor about equipment breakdowns or urgent repair needs.

Required Qualifications

• Matric / DAE Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Technical certification in HVAC will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and safety practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and under supervision.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle maintenance work.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant HVAC or maintenance experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with technical training may also apply.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor maintenance activities.
• May require overtime or emergency maintenance support.
• Exposure to heat, dust, and mechanical equipment during work.

Pay: From Rs43,000.00 per month
