KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hunt, identify, and win new B2B clients in commercial HVAC, energy, and related sectors, driving growth like it’s your own business.
- Lead high-impact client engagements, delivering presentations, consultations, and proposals that turn opportunities into results.
- Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor, influencing client decisions and shaping outcomes.
- Collaborate across HVAC, solar, and other teams to design and deliver integrated, market-leading solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to uncover new growth avenues.
- Own your sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs, anticipate challenges, act fast, and exceed expectations.
- Contribute to Rolic Group’s strategy and growth initiatives with bold, actionable ideas.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and a culture of high performance.
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or related commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High energy, proactive, and resilient in a performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, energy efficiency, or related solutions is an asset.
- Willingness to invest in personal growth and participate in equity ownership.

WORK LOCATION:
- Field-based role with client engagements across Boston, Greater Boston, and surrounding areas, with potential assignments in other U.S. states.
- Head office support and collaboration based in Boston, Massachusetts.
PAY: Commensurate with experience
