Urgent Hiring – Mechanical HVAC BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently hiring an experienced Mechanical HVAC BIM Modeler to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years UAE experience in HVAC/BIM projects
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of UAE MEP standards and codes
• Immediate joiners only (must be currently available in UAE)
• Good coordination and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D HVAC models using Revit MEP
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines
• Produce accurate BIM drawings, clash detection reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications
• Support project team in BIM-related tasks and updates
• Review design drawings and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve design issues
• Maintain and update BIM library with HVAC components and standards
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input
• Implement and maintain BIM execution plan throughout project lifecycle
