HVAC BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently looking for a skilled Mechanical (HVAC) BIM Modeler with strong UAE experience to join our growing team. If you’re experienced in Revit MEP and enjoy working in a coordinated BIM environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit (MEP)
• Model HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers), and ventilation systems
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models with accurate routing, sizing, and clearances
• Coordinate HVAC systems with other MEP services and architectural/structural elements
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
• Extract shop drawings, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Update models based on design revisions, site conditions, and consultant feedback
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and documentation
• Support coordination meetings and technical submissions
• Prepare as-built BIM models reflecting actual installation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks
• Good understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, air distribution, chilled water systems)
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection workflows
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects preferred
• Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
