Len the Plumber Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Branch Manager to lead our high-performing residential HVAC operations in Alexandria, VA. This key leadership role owns P&L and oversees service operations, customer experience, staffing, safety, and growth.

What You’ll Do.

  • Build and execute annual/quarterly business plans aligned to revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA goals.
  • Drive growth through capacity planning, pricing discipline, add-on services, and market expansion.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI cadence; course-correct with data-driven action plans.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach service managers, field supervisors, and plumbers; build a performance culture.
  • Partner with leadership on onboarding, safety/OSHA compliance, technical training, and career pathways.
  • Ensure world-class customer experience (speed to schedule, conversion, NPS/CSAT, callbacks reduction).
  • Strengthen parts/vendor relationships and inventory controls to improve first-visit completion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Recruiting, Finance) to hit growth and profitability targets.

What You Bring

  • REQUIRED: 5+ years of leadership in residential HVAC service (field and ops).
  • Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and (ideally) multi-site or high-volume operations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change-leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ServiceTitan (or similar FSM/dispatch) experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Sales and customer service orientation
