Who we’re looking for:

An experienced, dedicated and solution-orientated individual who has knowledge in Commercial and/or Industrial HVAC Service. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to approach complex situations with a positive attitude. This individual will excel at delegation, be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity, and have the desire to build a long-term career with us.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and developing HVAC technicians/ office staff
• Regularly auditing customer service and work being performed by department to ensure all company standards are met
• Maintaining the ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Managing supervision of daily operations
• Assisting in managing projects
• Preparing quotes, bids, and contracts for customers
• Monitoring and overseeing billing for service jobs
• Keeping track of customers, projects and sales for company CRM
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clientele
• Coordinating technician’s schedules with dispatchers
• Continuing education on industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Industrial HVAC Service

· 3+ years of management experience

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Extraordinary leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
