Position Overview

Interior Climate Solutions is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our commercial HVAC service operations. This role is responsible for answering service requests, assisting customers, creating service tickets, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure service calls are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable working with service management software and multiple customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls from customers and facilities managers
  • Create and update service tickets in the service management system
  • Communicate service requests to dispatch and operations teams
  • Follow up with customers on service status and updates
  • Escalate urgent service issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer information and service notes
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating technician visits
  • Ensure service requests are documented clearly for technicians

Qualifications

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn service software systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, or service platforms is a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Facilities management or service industry experience
  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Service Channel, or similar systems
  • Dispatch or service coordination experience

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
