Core Duties
* Maintain and repair air- and water-cooled chillers, including centrifugal, scroll, screw, and reciprocating units
* Diagnose issues using gauges, multimeters, and refrigerant recovery tools
* Conduct preventive maintenance on pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems
* Replace or service key components like compressors, fans, expansion valves, and sensors
* Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and BMS control interfaces
* Document system performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams as part of a multi-skilled workforce
* Adhere to site safety protocols and environmental guidelines
* Participate in 24/7 shift rotations including emergency call-outs
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of chiller maintenance experience
* Deep understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC diagnostics
* Familiarity with leading brands (Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin)
* Diploma or trade certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
* Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces, rooftops, or high temperatures
* UAE experience and a valid driving license are advantages
