HVAC & Chimney Specialist (Sales + Service)

Monthly Salary: $8,000 – $12,000+ per month (Base Salary + Commission)

Training: 1–3 Months Paid Training (Up to how fast you get the idea-based timeline)

The Opportunity: More Than a Technician Role

We are looking for a reliable, handy individual who has a background in sales. We specialize in Air Ducts, Dryer Vents, and Chimney/Fireplace systems.

Here is the deal: The technical side is the easy part. If you are handy with tools, we will teach you every single thing you need to know. What we really need is someone who understands the sales side of the business. You aren't cold calling; you are going into homes where the client already booked a service. Your job is to perform the work and use your sales experience to explain the value of our deeper services and upsell where it makes sense for the customer.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Experience: You’ve done sales before. You aren't afraid to talk about pricing, you know how to connect with people, and you understand how to value our services at a premium.
• Handiness: You don’t need HVAC experience, but you must be good with your hands and comfortable using tools.
• Reliability: You’re sharp, professional, and serious about making money.
• Drivers: You must have a valid driver’s license to operate the company vehicle.

The Work

• Driving to different locations to service Ducts, Vents, and Chimneys.
• Performing the technical service (inspections/repairs/cleanings).
• Consulting with homeowners on-site to provide estimates and upsell necessary repairs or system upgrades.
