Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor with an H.I.S. License to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through their heating and cooling needs with confidence and professionalism. Your expertise in sales, customer service, and technical knowledge will help homeowners and business owners make informed decisions about their HVAC solutions. This position offers a dynamic environment where your skills, business development acumen, and passion for helping others will shine.
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through both inside and outside sales efforts, including cold calling to generate new leads.
- Meet with clients and recommend HVAC solutions that fit their home, budget, and goals.
- Build detailed estimates that include equipment pricing, rebates, financing options, permit details, and HERS testing requirements.
- Own the job from signed agreement through completed installation (collecting signatures, staying in contact with the install team, and making sure every promise is delivered.)
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the installation process, especially when anything changes.
- Verify customer satisfaction on completion day, collect payment, and leave every homeowner feeling confident they made the right call.
- Attend sales meetings and stay current on products, promotions, and company processes.
- Other related duties may be assigned by the needs of the Company.
Experience
- Ideally a candidate will have their H.I.S. License for in home sales
- 5+ years of in-home sales experience with a track record of closing
- Valid California driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use an iPad daily in the field
- Self-motivated with a commission-driven mindset
- Experience in HVAC installation and in-home service agreement sales
- Knowledge of heat load calculations, duct design, air balancing, or home insulation
- Familiarity with California rebate programs, HERS testing, or permit processes
- Familiarity with CRM Service Titan or other CRM software for lead tracking and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, product demos, upselling, and inside/outside sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales tactics.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
