HVAC Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Representative

Golden Valley Heating & Air is looking for a motivated Comfort Advisor to run scheduled in-home HVAC replacement estimates throughout Fresno and the Central Valley.

We are a growing local HVAC company focused on transparent pricing, quality installations, and a no-pressure customer experience. We need someone who can educate homeowners, present replacement options, explain financing, and confidently close deals the right way.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, plumbing, or other in-home sales.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home HVAC replacement appointments
• Inspect existing systems and understand homeowner comfort concerns
• Present clear replacement options
• Explain pricing, financing, warranties, and installation timelines
• Ask for the sale professionally and confidently
• Follow up with open estimates
• Keep notes updated in our CRM
• Represent Golden Valley with honesty, professionalism, and respect

Requirements

• In-home sales experience preferred
• HVAC sales experience is a plus
• Solar, roofing, windows, plumbing, or home improvement sales experience also considered
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable using Housecall Pro
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

Compensation

This is a commission-based W-2 outside sales role with strong earning potential.

We provide scheduled replacement appointments. Compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability, and performance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
