Responsibilities:
-
Drive residential HVAC sales while maintaining professional and customer-focused service.
-
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate system and comfort solutions.
-
Provide in-person home proposals and explain product options and financing.
-
Present company-approved sales materials and follow the established sales process.
-
Educate customers on system benefits, promotions, and financing options.
-
Maintain scheduled appointments and represent the company professionally.
-
Request job-site signs and encourage referrals after each sale.
-
Document job details (notes, photos, drawings) and communicate with operations for installation.
-
Complete sales reporting and follow-up communication as required.
-
Attend required training and demonstrate learned skills in the field.
-
Participate in weekly sales meetings and follow company referral procedures.
-
Perform occasional follow-ups: quality checks, door hangers, yard signs, etc.

Other duties related to sales activity as assigned.
Job Requirements:
-
2+ years consultative sales experience (Required).
-
5+ years’ experience in HVAC (Preferably).
-
Must be within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta, GA (No exceptions!).

Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.

Excellent customer service skills.
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skill.
-
Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills .
-
Strong understanding of the psychology of sales.
-
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home.
-
Ability to use Company-furnished technology products.
-
Valid driver’s license.
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
