Salary Information:
A clear path to $200,000+ per year
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Drive HVAC sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients in residential sectors.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- In-home sales in HVAC/construction or similar industry
- Proven sales of $2.5M+ for a minimum of 2 years
- Top notch communication, customer service and follow-up skills
- Ability to physically crawl in tight spaces and hot attics for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times per day and/or climb ladders and traverse roofs
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
