We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Commercial Lead Install Mechanic to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing our customers’ heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Candidates should have extensive experience handling and servicing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
This position is full-time year round with occasional overtime. Company vehicle. Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Weekly pay with direct deposit. Benefits include:

HVAC Lead Installer Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to homes and businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
- Perform consultations with customers
- Install new equipment and ductwork; manage job including install helper assigned
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools (provided by company)
- Keep accurate records of all installation activities
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and parts on service vehicle
Requirements and Qualifications
- EPA Certification to handle refrigerants
- Previous on the job training a must - Minimum 5 years experience as installer
- Critical-thinker, problem-solver
- Must have valid Virginia driver’s license and provide DMV employer report
- Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand
