HVAC Commercial Installer – Spencer, IA

Primary Job Function

To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Including running hard duct, spiral, insulating, setting curbs, setting rooftop package units, wiring, gas piping, and running line sets.

Responsibilities & Duties
Able to read and implement blueprints and job plans
Ability to complete paperwork in a neat, timely and accurate manner
Must always display a clean, professional image in all areas, including personal appearance as well as cleanliness of the company vehicle
Must be able to withstand heights and small enclosed spaces
Follow and perform proper safety and company procedures
Provide quality work and performance, and on-time attendance

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Must have experience as an HVAC Commercial Installer
Excellent communication
Make decisions and solve problems analyzing information and evaluating results
Competent, responsible, organized and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background and drug screening prior to employment
Ability to work independently as well as a team
Frequent heavy lifting required (50 pounds or more)
Good time management to stay on task and on schedule
