HVAC Commercial Project Manager

Now Hiring Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day production of job or jobs. Ensure all materials, equipment, permits, and personnel are on site to complete job. Inspect to ensure all work meets code and quality per plan specs. Take direction from management and be able to perform and/or delegate tasks. Report daily to management. Identify potential setbacks or problems before they arise. .......Competitive Pay, great benefits such as health & dental insurance, short & long-term disability, and vacation time. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, hand tools, must be able to pass a drug test. HVAC experience preferred. Must have good communication skills, be organized, and prompt, be positive and lead employee to common goal. Be able to read and understand plans and specs, be able to thoroughly evaluate project and plan to ensure completion.
