What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Residential service experience is a must.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Customer-Focused Communication: Ability to explain issues clearly to customers and collaborate with our office team.
• Maintenance & Service: Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Self-Motivated & Team Player: Ability to work independently when needed, but also collaborate with the team.
• On-Call Flexibility: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with overtime availability.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record is required.
• Pre-Employment Background Check: Must be able to pass.
• EPA/HVAC Certification: Required.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
