What you’ll be doing;

Keep a daily diary of events under your control including a list of specialists on site, staff working under your direction and any decisions made by others on site which may affect progress.

Record delays and reasons for them.

To be responsible for all aspects of site safety for yourself and others including implementing risk assessment, method statements and toolbox talks.

Produce project specific method statements and obtain approval.

Monitor and record progress of all other trades which directly or indirectly affect commissioning and water treatment activities.

Carry out pre-work site visits, providing advice and reporting on flushing and cleaning facilities and requirements.

Assess and advise on design and installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water systems.

Be able to carry out works on large complex systems on major projects without direct supervision.

Be able to identify and overcome complex issues relating to the installation or design.

Be able to run larger scale projects and manage other engineers.

Have an understanding of chemical and microbiological parameters and the reasons for failures and remedial action.

To have a working knowledge of all specialist activities associated commissioning and water treatment.

Advise, mentor and motivate all staff under your supervision – lead by example.

To always ensure that the commercial interests of the company are protected.
What we’re looking for;

CSA Grade 3 minimum.

A passionate, ambitious and experienced engineer who is competent with problem solving across both air and water services.

Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.

Keen to improve and embrace further learning/training.

Provide concise and direct feedback to clients ice to meet the expectations and requirements of our customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the company’s client base.

Building Services Engineers qualifications beneficial but not essential.

CSCS card

Full UK Driving License
