HVAC Construction Leadman

Mabry Brothers Inc, is family owned and operated since 1995. We service all of Southwest Florida for electrical, HVAC and generator needs. We are currently looking for candidates to come join our family in the installation of HVAC in custom homes. High end A/C equipment with custom duct systems to include linear diffusers, whole home dehumidification, zone control systems, hood systems and wine room refrigeration. Experience required for top pay however company sponsored additional training will be provided for individual future advancement.

Requirements:

* 3+ years’ experience

* Valid driver’s license

* Experience in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of removing old and installing new HVAC systems

* Must be able to work on ladders and lifts

* Knowledge on equipment piping and wiring. Includes condensate, refrigerant piping, low voltage control and high voltage from disconnect.

Responsibilities of leading your install team as follows but are not limited to:

* Follow directions as given verbal and written. As well as being able to give directions in helping your team.

* Reading the blue prints and leading your team to make sure the job is executed in a safe and timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
