We’re seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Controls Service Technician with 2+ years of experience who’s ready to grow into advanced roles in building automation, energy management, and smart facility systems. Experience with Niagara Tridium, Johnson Controls, or Distech platforms is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, service, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC)
• Perform diagnostics and corrective actions on Niagara, and field controller systems
• Modify control logic and sequences as needed (with support or independently)
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fellow technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and follow-through

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC controls or BAS/DDC systems
• Working knowledge of Niagara Tridium, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Andover or Distech
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies
• Familiarity with low-voltage wiring, sensors, actuators, and controllers
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to team and company success
