HVAC Controls Technician

Requirements:

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Troubleshooting HVAC control systems
• Demonstrates a “Servant Leadership” attitude
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to use a Fluke meter
• Working conditions include being on a roof or in a mechanical room for extended periods of time
• Working on ladders
• Carrying tools and sometimes heavy equipment
• Experience with drawings and or computer graphics
• Strong sense of urgency
• Well organized and able to multi-task
• Possess strong self-management skills
• Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
• Operating in a safe manner according to all OSHA regulations
• Wearing proper personal protective gear
• Able to diagnose/repair/replace components on equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
