The HVAC Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the sales department to process and schedule HVAC installation jobs overseeing project completion, process compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position will act as the liaison between the sales team, install teams, municipalities, and customers and is solely responsible for this segment of the business from start to finish ensuring we are meeting expectations with scheduling, inventory availability, permitting and inspections, product and warranty registration, and customer satisfaction follow-ups and final paperwork. This position will provide support with inbound phone calls, warranty claim processing and tracking, as well as basic clerical functions, and any other responsibilities as determined by management. This is a 25-hour a week position to start and will grow into a 40-hour a week position.

Hours: 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday – Friday with potential for 40 hours in the future

Qualifications

· Required: Experience in the HVAC Service Industry

· Required: Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

· High Attention to Detail and Commitment to Accuracy

· Strong Phone Presence and Customer Service Skills

· Strong Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

· Excellent Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving Skills

· Self-Motivated, Proactive, and Capable of Working Independently and Collaboratively

· Strong Analytical, Verbal, and Written Communication Skills

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

· Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver’s License, and Clean Driving Record

· Excellent Attendance and Reliability History

· Ability to Sit, Type, Talk, and Hear Clearly for Extended Periods

· Occasional Standing, Bending, and Repetitive Hand Motions

· Ability to Regularly Walk through the Warehouse, Outside, and Lift 15 lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
