As a Dispatcher at All Phase Heating and Cooling, you will accurately and efficiently manage the phones, intake forms and follow up for residential service calls from start to finish – not in the field, but in the office (of course!)

The primary purpose of the Dispatcher position is to manage incoming calls and dispatch accordingly to field staff. You know the job, that’s the easy part. Key Service Technician Job Functions:

- Provide the best customer service in town. Our customers are our lifeline. Communication is key.

- Oversee and manage HVAC technicians' daily activities

- Coordinate with dispatch to schedule service calls and installations

- Collect & apply all payments, work hand in hand with Office Manager on A/R.

- Implement and maintain phone systems for effective communication within the team

- Open communication with team members including but not limited to dispatch, management, sales, peers.

- Follow outlines procedures regarding software documentation and paperwork.

- Conduct oneself in a professional manner as a productive and positive representation of All Phase Heating and Cooling both to the customer and the public.

Skills and experience required:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or similar role

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Experience in dispatching and managing a team of technicians

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
