HVAC CSR / Dispatcher

Swift Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air (formerly Universal Heating and Air Conditioning) is a well-established family owned company. We are seeking to hire a full-time Office Dispatcher / Customer Service representative to join our HVAC office team to help with the call flow and commercial accounts we have acquired. It will be expected to provide customer service as well as handle a variety of administrative tasks to help keep our business running smoothly. We are busy year-round with Air Conditioning AND pool heaters. We are looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, organized, and can multi-task under pressure, whilst having superb customer service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Answering phones while providing excellent customer service

- Dispatching technicians

- Monitoring emails

- Creating P.O's and ordering parts/materials

- Is consistently at work and on time

- Other duties as requested by management

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check

- Data entry and basic computer skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with Service Titan is preferred

- Similar customer service experience is preferred

- HVAC knowledge is preferred
