Gillette HeatingAir is hiring a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator to support our growing team in Spanish Fork. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration who wants to build a long-term career with one of Utah's most respected HVAC companies.

CompensationBenefits:
$20-$26/hour based on experience

What You'll Do:
Serve as a central point of communication for customers and technicians by scheduling service appointments, coordinating daily calendars, dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, managing inbound calls, supporting office operations, and helping create a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Comfortable using scheduling software, phone systems, and office platforms
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
