HVAC Customer Service Representative

Overview:
HERE WE GROW AGAIN! We are seeking detail-oriented HVAC CSRs to join our team for our 10AM-7PM shift. The ideal candidate(s) must have experience in scheduling service appointments and creating positive customer experiences over the phone. Must have prior experience in the home service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for field technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service appointments
- Utilize CRM to schedule service appointments
- Assist in appointment scheduling to optimize routes and ensure timely service
- Work closely with field technicians and production teams
- Utilize GPS software for location mapping and route optimization
- Collaborate with management to streamline operations

Experience:

- Service Titan is a MUST
- Previous experience in a dispatch or service coordination role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks
- Familiarity with local area mapping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
