HVAC Customer Service Representative

Be the Voice Customers Trust When Their AC Fails

When a homeowner’s AC goes down in the middle of a Florida summer, it’s not just inconvenient—it’s urgent. As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for the entire customer experience.

We’re not looking for someone to just answer phones—we want someone who can control the call, build trust quickly, and convert opportunities into booked service calls.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners needing AC repair, maintenance, or replacement
  • Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments (this is critical)
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups & maintenance reminders
  • Handle high call volume during peak seasons with professionalism and urgency
  • Educate customers on services, memberships, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan)
  • De-escalate concerns and turn frustrated callers into satisfied customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer service within HVAC/home services (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—you sound confident, clear, and empathetic on the phone
  • Service Titan user experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to take control of conversations and guide customers to a decision
  • High sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

  • Proven track record of booking calls or closing over the phone
  • Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with composure
  • Familiarity with call scripts and objection handling

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
