HVAC Customer Service Representative (5 YRS EXP REQ)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent client communication, and efficient scheduling. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Schedule HVAC installations, remediations, and services, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Book jobs in ServiceTitan, ensuring all details and instructions for jobs are accurate and complete.
  • Request purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for all services.
  • Work with the warehouse team to provide equipment and ensure timely delivery for scheduled jobs.
  • Ensuring all jobs are added to our in-house tracking board (Monday.com).

Experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Experience with ServiceTitan and Monday.com a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
